Covid-19 Update

Our Stores Is Now Open

Our Living & Giving store is now open to our customers for in-store shopping. The store will be operating under the new Alert Level 3 Step 2 restrictions.

We ask all customers to demonstrate the following while shopping with us:

• Scan in using the QR code or the sign-in register on arrival
• Sanitiser will be available at the door for you to sanitise your hands
• Maintain physical distancing of 2m at all times from staff and other customers
• Wear a mask at all times in-store to protect our staff and other customers (speak to staff at the door if you have a valid exemption)

We will limit numbers in-store and initiate an outdoor queueing system if we cannot comfortably maintain 2m between customers in-store. We expect our store to be busy so please plan ahead, expect that there may be a queue and be patient and kind with others.

Customers can still shop our full range online with contactless delivery and contactless Click & Collect.

Our number one priority remains the health and safety of our customers, our team, and our communities. We ask that you please remember to be kind to yourself, and to one another as we continue to navigate these unprecedented times.
